I'm discovering that my novella either needs to be longer than anticipated, or I need to cut, cut, cut. Nonetheless, here are six more of Just One Look. Drew is at the church where his sister's wedding is being held, watching the guests and the wedding party arrive. He spots Michael's (groom's) youngest sister's with someone he hasn't met. Here are this week's Six:
But the knock-out fiddling with her hair. Who could that be? He'd met both sisters, the three female cousins, friends.
She turned, and Drew knew instantly who she was.
The other sister. The prickly one with the thick glasses. Mia, she'd said as she'd shaken his hand with ice-cold fingers and a businessman's grip.
