I write romantic suspense and romantic adventure novels, some with a mystery. My books have been nominated for several awards including the RWA Golden Heart, the Holt Medallion, the Golden Quill, the Aspen Gold and the National Readers' Choice Award.
My heroes are dangerous (but sexy, protective, gorgeous and kind, of course!) and my heroines are determined, adventurous women willing to take a chance on them. Adventure, steamy scenes and happily-ever-afters are a must in my books. I'm Peruvian American, a former academic librarian, and I live in Florida with my family.
